JACKSON'S DOCTOR FACES CRIMINAL CHARGES

Michael Jackson’s personal physician could face criminal charges as early as Wednesday(today).

Dr. Conrad Murray's criminal defense attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, says his client is in Los Angeles and prepared to go to court. "He’ll be available," the lawyer says.

Flanagan says he couldn't confirm media reports that Murray would be charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly administering the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol in the pop singer's home.

L.A. County coroner's officials found lethal levels of propofol in Jackson's body.

Authorities have seized cell phones and computer records from Murray's home and office as part of the investigation into the death of the entertainer last June at age 50.
