Well, we all know that “Content is the King”, so we regularly test the transformation boundaries of its realm. How far can we go and what kind of transformation will work to meet audiences' and users’ needs?
At the CIRCOM Conference in Novi Sad we will look closer into opportunities to create diverse engaging content. Delivering diverse multilingual content to various audiences in a multilingual community is only one aspect.

With almost 15 years of experience at the Radio-Television of Vojvodina Language Department Anna Jaškova definitely has many impressions to share how it feels to be a journalist in such a multilingual environment.

Daniela Draštata, Editor, Producer in HRT, Croatia and Chairwoman of the EBU Intercultural and Diversity Group, will also give her insight on producing diverse content which bridges the differences between communities.
Make Diversity great again is one of most important missions of working in Public Service Media, says Markus Nikel, Senior Independent Consultant at RAI Cultura, Italy. “In a globalising world, media can and should contribute to open minds again, for the advantages and the beauty of being diverse, thus helping tolerance and integration to take place”, he adds.

With technology driving the creativity process Guillaume Kuster, CIRCOM Media Expert, will look into new formats of storytelling and some new trends in journalism. He will present international examples of new formats that TV stations are using to shift from a linear television model to an all-platforms media organisation.
Technology is not only a tool, it can also be a serious challenge. Jacob MarkhamMelissa Woodand Shayan Sardarizadeh – the team of BBC’s Blue Room - will be showing the world of media manipulation. “I’ve seen it” - you say, but does it mean that what you see is true? What are the chances that it is not the case anymore? Fake reality? - Maybe. True facts? - Maybe. Curious? – Definitely, but most of all it’s a test for our professional instincts.
