How can we revolutionise media? Darko Ratkaj from the European Broadcasting Union will speak about the key aspects that drive user experience in media, including innovative content and services, personalisation, user devices and immersive media.   User experience design can also be combined with artificial intelligence to create news media of a new kind. AI is going to be a key factor in news content creation, development and distribution. Jarno M. Koponen, the Head of AI and Personalisation at Yle News Lab, will set the stage for the fusion of innovative approaches to better serve our audiences. With the help of automated content, or robot journalism, we can produce content that couldn't be produced by a human being. A personalized news feed is a much better user experience, argues MittMedia.   Mario Maračić from the German-Croatian company UpScorewill present the advantages and the specifics of real-time analytics. This upcoming field of research is becoming a popular tool for successful user-data handling, as well as for working with user behaviour patterns.
