Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz once lived in Beverly Hills home listed at nearly $7 million
A Beverly Hills home at which Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz once lived is on the market at $6.985 million.
The couple leased this Spanish-style house while another home was being built for them down the street.
The 1920s house retains its vintage charm with a formal entrance, a step-down dining room and large picture windows looking out onto the front lawn. There’s an eat-in kitchen, living and family rooms, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The third-acre lot contains a swimming pool and a guesthouse.
Ball, who died in 1989 at 77, made her mark as a comedian starring in such sitcoms as “I Love Lucy,” “The Lucy Show” and “Life With Lucy” over nearly four decades. Arnaz, who died in 1986 at 69, played her husband, Ricky Ricardo, on “I Love Lucy.” They were married from 1940 to 1960.
The property last changed hands two years ago for $4.285 million.
