Dear Colleagues around the world,
We are joyfully finalising preparations for the INPUT 2019 Conference which already starts in 3 weeks. But before we all head to Bangkok, here is some important information you will find useful:

All Delegates who register by Friday 26 April 2019 will be published in the Delegates List. You can still register after that date, but unfortunately your name won’t appear on this wonderfully useful piece of paper.

Arrival from the airport: We recommend that you take a taxi from the airport. The fare from the airport to the venue, the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers, is approximately THB 500 (€ 15). Due to traffic jams in Bangkok the costs and the duration of the travel (1-2 hours) can vary.
For those of you who arrive earlier, please note that due to the festivities around the royal coronation ceremony more than 30 roads in Bangkok will be closed from 2 May to 6 May 2019 (the area of the Conference Hotel is not directly involved).

Registration Desk opens on Monday 6 May, 14:00. Please remember to print your tickets and bring them with you, to be able to collect your accreditation material. On Monday evening there will be the INPUT 2019 Welcome Reception from 18:00 to 21:00 (Royal Orchid Sheraton, Riverside Grill Terrace).

And of course we all know best occasions for networking occur in the evenings - the traditional Midweek Party will take place on Wednesday 8 May, 19:00 on board of the 'Bangkok Island'. Tickets can be purchased at the Welcome Desk.

The INPUT 2019 teams in Bangkok and Berlin are looking forward to welcoming you in Bangkok!
