Wrote the lyrics and/or music to "Charade", "Come Rain or Come Shine", "Accentuate The Positive", "Autumn Leaves", "Goody Goody", "Hooray for Hollywood", and "Fools Rush In (Where Angels Fear to Tread)", to name a few. Collaborated with Henry Mancini for Academy Award winning songs "Moon River" and "The Days of Wine and Roses". Died June 1976 in Los Angeles of complications arising from brain surgery.
