The music legend that is Dolly is working on a new eight-part series for Netflix.
The anthology series will be based on her music, according to the streaming service.
Dolly will executive produce and will apparently co-star as well.
As a songwriter, I have always enjoyed telling stories through my music. We hope our show will inspire and entertain families and folks of all generations.
No word yet on what the series will look like, who else will star in it and when it will even be broadcast, but us "folks" are well excited.
Of course, this isn't Dolly's first foray into television. She appeared on CBeebies Bedtime Stories earlier this year (below).
