Catalogues and name tags have already been shipped to Thessaloniki and here at the INPUT Secretariat we are joyfully finalising preparations. But before we all head to the airports, here are some important informations you should get:
Registration Desk at PIER 1, Apotheki Delta opens on Sunday 7 May at 14:00. Please remember to print your tickets and bring them with you, to be able to collect your accreditation material. We kindly ask you to pick up your accreditation already on Sunday - if possible - to avoid queues on Monday morning before the Opening Session, 9:00 (sharp)!
All Delegates who register by Tuesday 2 May 2017 12:00 will be published in the Delegates List. Afterwards you will still be able to register, but unfortunately your name won’t appear on this wonderfully useful piece of paper.
On Sunday, the Registration Desk will close at 18:30, when you are warmly invited to join us at the Ancient Roman Agora for 'Welcome in Thessaloniki'. Please note you will need to have your accreditation to be allowed in - make sure you have collected it beforehand.
Of course: we all know best occasions for networking occur in the evenings. That is why we’re having Producers’ Hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - so grab the opportunity and meet the programme presenters!
Traditional Midweek Party will take place on Wednesday 10 May, 20:30 at Apotheki Delta. You can get your tickets at the Registration Desk (€ 50, cash only).
