As our event space begins to emerge from hibernation, we are offering a series of fun and empowering opportunities to come together. We are hosting the national launch of the OFFICE BUD-e, a smart fridge that caters to cutting edge work environments. Join us at our 7,000-square foot gallery space for a community happy hour on Friday, March 23 at 6:30pm. This post-work mixer will take place on the 4th floor of 1024 Santee Street in downtown L.A.’s famed fashion district. To counterbalance the above and below indulgences, we are launching #MVRSnSHKRS (movers and shakers)—a weekly yoga class for the extended friends and family of THE CONFLUENCE. Originally a wellness offering to our employees, we are now extending the invite to our beloved community of creators, innovators and entrepreneurs. THE CONFLUENCE has also teamed up with The Culinary Institute of Americawho have launched a new public event series at their Napa, California campus called Conversations at Copia. The next event will take place April 7-8 and will focus on the theme “Sustainable Seafood and Bay Area Watersheds” with film, live panels, food, wine tastings, and more. Click for tickets and info. For our East Coast family, we are co-hosting a “Blockchain For Good” meetup which will include a presentation on our upcoming ICO launch of SHELTERCOIN(SHLT), a humanitarian-based cryptocurrency.
