- What happened? Two adults and three school-age children were found dead inside a home in Fall City yesterday, police said. A 15-year-old suspect was taken into custody.

- What it does: Requires parents’ permission for nearly all health care for minors. Critics say that can delay or hinder care for everything from sexual assault to scraped knees.
