Trip Report: Hawaiian Airlines Boeing 787 Dreamliner Inaugural Flight
I flew on the inaugural Hawaiian Airlines B787-9 from San Francisco to Honolulu. This is a photo trip report of my onboard experience. Video There were some celebrations and festivities at the gate before we board. Passengers were given Hawaiian Lei. (Flower ring) as a special gesture. American Airlines Reveals New Flagship Preferred Suite
American Airlines has announced a series of premium onboard enhancements, which includes premium Flagship Suite Preferred seats at the front of select Boeing 787-9s and Boeing 777-300ERs. While these new suites are not being marketed as a first class product, they will be a step up from the rest of the cabin.
Ex-Cathay Pacific A330 Destroyed by Fire in Long-Term Storage
An ex-Cathay Pacific Airbus A330 has been completely destroyed by fire at Ciudad Real Airport, Spain. The A330 caught fire while it was parked in long-term storage. The former Cathay Pacific Airbus A330-300, with registration B-HLH, had been stored at the airport since 2020, as reported by Planespotters. I flew on the new Hawaiian Airlines B787 Dreamliner and their first airplane; Bellanca CH-300 Pacemaker on the same trip. The 2 planes are 95 years apart which shows aviation has come a long way in Hawaii.

My flight is from San Francisco to Honolulu, this is the inaugural Boeing 787 flight into Honolulu with a lot of festivities onboard.
