Who? Seven attorneys or aides linked to Donald Trump — including Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows — and 11 Arizona Republicans. Find the full list here. Why? They’re accused of trying to overturn Joe Biden’s 2020 victory in the state. Trump was described as a co-conspirator, but not charged. Read the indictment here. Today: The Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether Trump is immune from prosecution. And his criminal trial in New York will continue. Read this story            The Supreme Court appeared sharply divided over emergency room abortions. Yesterday: Conservative justices sounded skeptical that a federal law can require hospitals to provide emergency abortion care in states with strict bans. A ruling is expected by July. What else to know: The Arizona House voted yesterday to repeal a ban on nearly all abortions that is set to take effect as early as June 8. The measure heads to the state Senate. New rules, issued yesterday, will require testing for cows crossing state lines. Don’t panic: The risk to humans remains low, experts say. But fears remain that the virus could evolve, and competing interests have slowed the government’s response.
