The details: The 58-year-old suspect spent nearly 12 hours in the bushesat the Florida golf course where Trump was playing before agents spotted his rifle, officials said yesterday. What else to know: The suspect was charged with two gun-related crimes. And Trump said he blames President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for Sunday’s incident. Why? It’s the second time in less than 10 weeks that a gunman has come within range of the Republican nominee. His golf outings have long concerned the Secret Service. What happened? The system brought serious flash flooding to parts of North Carolina. In Carolina Beach, the storm produced up to 18 inches of rain and flooded roads.
