The Capital Jazz Fest is Back

Every year, soul music fans from everywhere flock to the Washington D.C. area to attend "the jazz festival with soul," The Capital Jazz Fest, one of the premier Black Music events in the country, featuring over 30 live acts over three days.


The Capital Jazz Fest is a soul music lover's dream weekend, and this year is no exception, with performances by such stars as Anthony Hamilton, Kem, Chrisette Michele, Babyface, Jodeci, El DeBarge, India.Arie, Gregory Porter, Karyn White, Lalah Hathaway, Kindred The Family Soul, Raheem DeVaughn, The Jones Girls, Jon B, Switch, Leela James, Black Violin, Spyro Gyra and many, many more.


In-between musical sets, enjoy the juried craft vendors at the Festival Marketplace, culinary treats at the food courts, and interactive Q&A sessions with the artists.
