The Austrian capital has been selected by Host Broadcaster ORF and the EBU to host the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in May 2026.
The Grand Final will be held on Saturday 16 May at the Wiener Stadthalle with Semi-Finals earlier the same week on Tuesday 12 May and Thursday 14 May.
A whole week of activities will take place around the Contest in Vienna with more details to be revealed in the coming months. |

Our logo, first introduced in 2004 and updated in 2014, has been given a modern makeover to celebrate seven decades of being United by Music.
At its centre remains the iconic Eurovision Song Contest heart - now louder and more prominent than ever - symbolising the spirit of the Contest.
Paired with the fresh logo is a new standalone icon, the ‘Chameleon Heart’, which acts as the Eurovision Song Contest’s emotional compass; this heart will absorb cultural influences, music and movement. |

| We’re heading to Austria courtesy of JJ, who won the Contest in Basel this May with Wasted Love. He's not the first Austrian to win the Eurovision Song Contest, as Conchita Wurst triumphed in 2014 with Rise Like a Phoenix, and Udo Jürgens before that with Merci Chérie in 1966. |
