What that means: It could take weeks to move Luigi Mangione from Pennsylvania, where he was arrested, to New York, where he is charged with murdering Brian Thompson. Digging deeper: Mangione, 26, may have used a 3D-printed ghost gun, typically assembled at home. People who knew him described how back pain changed the star student. Without help, they could vanish. What it means: If finalized, the proposal would give butterfly habitats more protections.
