Where things stand: The presidential race is still neck-and-neck with three weeks to go, but two new polls showed Trump gaining ground. The Post is tracking election polls here. This weekend: A man was arrested outside a Trump event in California over illegal possession of guns. And Trump suggested a heckler would get “the hell knocked out of her.” In the coming days: Harris will make a major push to boost her supportamong Black men.
