Once upon a time, Margot Robbie told Warner Bros. that she believed a Barbie movie could make $1 billion. As it turns out, she was right on the money: The film she starred in and produced, directed by Greta Gerwig, has now officially crossed that milestone. It’s heady news, especially for Gerwig, who can now call herself the highest-grossing female director in history. “With all this money,” Chris Murphy proposes, “it looks like Ken can retire from his job at ‘beach.’”
