Hulu’s The Dropout, an eight-episode exploration of disgraced tech CEO Elizabeth Holmes, concludes this week with a finale that brings a note of closure to the saga of failed start-up Theranos. But star Amanda Seyfried, who plays Holmes, would be all in on a second season—one that presumably would cover events that transpired after the series was written, like Holmes’s trial (she was found guilty on four counts of fraud), and perhaps even events that haven’t transpired at all yet, like the outcome of her alleged co-conspirator Sunny Balwani’s trial. (Balwani has pleaded not guilty.) “Because when am I going to get the opportunity to play somebody that I felt like I could really nail?” the star tells Richard Lawson on the next episode of V.F.’s Still Watching podcast. “It would be another thrill of my life if I got to continue it a little bit.”
