- Too hot to handle: Three varieties of instant noodles were recalled by Danish officials this week. They said the noodles contain too much capsaicin — the oil that makes chiles hot.
- Are the noodles dangerous? Danish regulators think so. They said children and “frail adults” could suffer from “burning and discomfort, nausea, vomiting and high blood pressure.”
