Are There Any Nice Guys on This Island? |
Maybe the myth of the nice guy is just that: A myth. Adam DiMarco, who plays Albie on this season of The White Lotus, certainly seems to think so. Albie, a college-age kid who’s on vacation with his father and grandfather in Italy, is extremely concerned with being a good guy, DiMarco tells Vanity Fair on this week’s episode of Still Watching. So much so, in fact, that he may be doomed to repeat his philandering predecessors’ paths. “Albie has this obsession of not being like his father, but the more you obsess over something the more likely you are to self-fulfill that prophecy, or to, like, manifest that even in an unconscious way,” he says. Listen to the full pod for more from DiMarco, including who he thinks the villain of the season could actually be. |
