20 Songs About September
yesterday I heard Earth Wind & Fire’s September for the first time in ages. It made me think of a couple of other songs about September, and before I knew it another list was underway. What is it about this month? Initial searching revealed several hundred September songs, although I have to admit there were a bunch of artists listed I hadn’t heard of and there are a lot of songs simply called September that I’m not sure aren’t covers (yes, I could listen to them all to figure it out, but there aren’t enough hours in the day!). Here, then, are the September songs that I’ve actually heard of – but I’d welcome any suggestions you’d like to add!
