Wildfires have killed at least 74 people as blazes engulf popular summer resort spots near Athens, Greece.
With winds of 50 miles per hour that frequently change direction, fires are spreading east and west of Athens into seaside areas with high populations.
Blazes have hit Kineta, Rafina, and Melissi, all of which can be seen on the below map.
The worst-hit area in Rafina is the seaside community of Mati, which is a popular summer camp and resort town about 21 miles east of Athens.
To the west in Kineta, authorities ordered evacuations of communities as hundreds of firefighters worked to put out fires with the help of volunteers and water-dropping aircraft, the Associated Press reported.

Hundreds of people have had to flee their homes in Greece as wildfires spread, causing roads to be jammed and many attempting to escape by foot.
As smoke grew thick on the beaches, residents and tourists swam out into the Aegean Sea to seek refuge despite high winds and rough weather.
Coast guard officials and private boats rescued more than 700 people from beaches and recovered at least six bodies, Reuters reported.
The blazes are the worst to hit Greece since fires ravaged the southern Peloponnese peninsula in August 2007.
The youngest victim is believed to be a six-month-old baby who died of smoke inhalation. More than 100 people are injured from the blazes, 11 of whom are in serious condition.
