Alexis William "Alex" Kampouris
Birth:  Nov. 13, 1912 Sacramento Sacramento County California, USA Death:  May 29, 1993 Sacramento Sacramento County California, USA Major League Baseball Player. Although he played at third base and shortstop, his primary position was second base. During his nine years in the majors he played for four teams: the Cincinnati Reds (1934 to 1938), New York Giants (1938 to 1939), Brooklyn Dodgers (1941 to 1943), and finished with the Washington Senators (1943).
