Even the most sumptuous television menagerie can’t contain all the wonders of real life. That’s true of Feud: Capote vs. the Swans, which spends eight episodes exploring the broken friendships of Truman Capote, yet still doesn’t have time to feature all of the fabulous women he counted among his swans. Thankfully, Julie Miller is here to relay the stories of three socialites who didn’t make it into the show: Gloria Guinness, Pamela Harriman, and Marella Agnelli. Read on to find out which of them stole another swan’s husband, which vacationed with JFK and Jackie, and which allegedly had an affair with the same Nazi official who once romanced Coco Chanel.
