The controversy generates tremendous interest in the song, which reaches #1 in the UK the following week.   2009 Season 8 of American Idol debuts, with songwriter Kara DioGuardi added as a fourth judge.   1986 Ozzy Osbourne is taken to court by the parents of John McCollum, a depressed teenager who shot himself while listening to Ozzy's song "Suicide Solution."
